Don’t be Fooled, Corn Sugar is Just Another Name for HFCS

It’s high-caloric density and presence in the majority of processed foods makes it the leading culprit. Be an informed consumer. Don’t be fooled by flashy marketing and name changes. The bottom line: keep reading labels and consume less sugar overall.
Have you seen the corn industry’s ads? What do you think about this name-changing tactic?

It is both the alcohol and some other stuff in it that make it good for you. Moderate alcohol has been shown to help cholesterol levels, and wine has some phytochemicals that have health benefits.

The red wine thing is sorta a misnomer. Its the antioxidants in the wine that are good for you, NOT the alcohol.
To put it simply, there are no benefits to alcohol daily.
